Our experience with Kelleher Realty covers both renting a condo and buying a home in Fountain Hills in 2009. In both instances there were challenges that put to the test just how good the service would be. I am happy to report, in both cases it exceeded our expectations - in fact it was superb!

We moved in to the furnished rental condo for the month of February discovering living room furniture that was unbelievably uncomfortable and a condo that had been poorly cleaned. One mention of this to Wendy and before we knew it, the uncomfortable furniture was gone and wonderful comfy furniture stood in it place and a credit for cleaning had been applied to our bill! (We later discovered that the replacement furniture actually belonged to the Kelleher?s!)

Towards the end of our stay we found a home we wanted to purchase in Fountain Hills and again turned to Kelleher Realty. The negotiations were long and difficult as the home was 22 years old and had a few challenges that needed to be addressed. Were it not for the professional guidance and assistance provided by Wendy and Paul before, during and after the sale, our story would be very different. They were there, giving us honest and valuable guidance and a level of service rarely experienced. We now own a wonderful home in a place we love thanks to Wendy and Paul.

We will enthusiastically recommend Kelleher Realty to friends or family wanting to rent or buy in the Phoenix area.

"Two and a half years ago Pam helped my wife and I find and purchase a home in Livingston County, MI. Although at the time we were very satisfied with Pam's performance, it has only been recently that we truly appreciate what a fantastic job she did for us.

In comparison, the brokers we have met with since then have wanted us to randomly drive neighborhoods until we saw something we liked, or spend hours or days sitting in the office with them searching the computer for properties. We have not found another agent like Pam who understands that the real estate professional can and should provide the experience and knowledge that can short circuit such inefficient pursuits.

Pam was bright, eager, helpful and delivered on promises she made.
